Unique digital metering pumps began to be produced in the SEZ Technopolis Moscow

The VDK company from the special economic zone of Moscow has developed and put into production digital metering pumps that have no analogues in Russia. This was announced by Vladislav Ovchinsky, Head of the Department for Investment and Industrial policy of Moscow. Until now, there have been no domestic pumps on the market with a stepper drive and a microcontroller, thanks to which the dosing of reagents is adjusted without the use of external control systems. The products manufactured in Russia in the bulk were designed for high pressures and high productivity, which significantly limited its use. In these cases, enterprises were forced to purchase equipment in Germany, Italy and the USA. "The production of our own high-tech equipment stimulates the process of import substitution in industry. The development of a company from the special economic zone of Moscow will ensure demand from consumers in this sector. Currently, the manufacturer plans to produce up to 300 pumps annually," noted Vladislav Ovchinsky. Accurate dosing of reagents and components in many technological processes is a critical condition for compliance with the necessary production modes and ensuring product quality. In the coming months, the company plans to supply 37 digital metering pumps of various capacities to domestic enterprises. Digital dosing pumps have a unique adjustment depth, which allows maintaining high accuracy and uniformity of the supply of reagents and solutions throughout the range. Thanks to this, enterprises can optimize and improve their technological processes. "Advanced scientific and production companies are concentrated on the territory of the special economic zone.
