TWO SPORTS COMPLEXES WILL BE BUILT BY INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGY COMPANY FROM THE SEZ TECHNOPOLIS MOSCOW

A company from the SEZ Technopolis Moscow will build two sports complexes using a patented technology "flexible sandwich", which involves the rapid and economically viable construction of buildings. This was reported by Vladislav Ovchinsky, Head of the Moscow Investment and Industrial Policy Department, which is part of the Complex of Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations of Moscow. "Moscow construction companies are not only ready to replace imported solutions on the market, but also develop innovative technologies themselves. For example, a construction company localized in the Moscow SEZ plans to build two sports facilities in Alabushevo - a manege and an ice arena - using its patented "flexible sandwich" technology. Such constructions are non-bearing and do not require any permits, which allows to significantly reduce the term of the project realization", - said Vladislav Ovchinsky. The "flexible sandwich" technology can be used for the construction of various facilities - from industrial and warehouse to sports facilities. Savings are achieved due to the fact that buildings do not require the construction of deep foundations, have low metal consumption, are easy to assemble and dismantle. So, the company Avrial has already created the first Russian transformable ice arena, which turns into a shooting range, and was awarded for the Sportsfacilities 2020-2021 for this. In addition, it participated in the construction of the capital's sports center Air Arena, which will serve as a model for new sports facilities in Alabushevo. "At the Alabushevo site in the Moscow SEZ, the company Avrial is implementing its own program of development of the necessary production infrastructure. Within three years, it plans to increase the production capacity of wide-span tent structures and create about 150 more workplaces", - noted Gennady Degtev, CEO of the SEZ Technopolis Moscow.
