According to the program of South Port industrial area reorganization, in 2023 the construction of two buildings on the area Pechatniki of the special economic zone (SEZ) Technopolis Moscow will begin. It was told by the Head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy of Moscow Vladislav Ovchinsky at the XXVI St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. "There are 122 companies, employing more than 6.4 thousand specialists of different levels, working on the area of Pechatniki of the Special Economic Zone Technopolis Moscow. Within the framework of an integrated development of the territory of the South Port industrial zone, the construction of two administrative and business buildings with a total area of 137.9 thousand square meters will start in 2023. According to the conception of Pechatniki site development, its area will be more than doubled by 2027, thus, the total area of Pechatniki will be more than one million square meters," - said Vladislav Ovchinsky. Companies and residents will be able to open high-tech productions in the city. On the territory of the capital SEZ developed infrastructure and modern communications, there is also the possibility of cooperation with other representatives of the clusters, located on one site. "The existing production areas of the special economic zone "Technopolis Moscow" are already 98 percent occupied. The construction of the new buildings will allow to increase the number of residents and companies localizing their enterprises on the basis of SEZ, as well as to expand the existing production. In the framework of the first stage two 25-storeyed buildings will be constructed. Premises for science intensive productions, offices and research laboratories opening are provided in them", - General director of Technopolis Moscow Gennady Degtev has noted. SEZ Technopolis Moscow is the territory with a special legal status, which has a preferential regime of entrepreneurial activity for investors. The area of six sites (Pechatniki, Alabushevo, Mikron, MIET, Angstrem, Rudnevo), where high-tech enterprises of SEZ are located, exceeds 260 hectares.
