The SEZ Technopolis Moscow organized the production of radio-frequency acoustic filters

Electronic components  for IoT devices and digital radio communications were developed and put into production in the capital's special economic zone, said Gennady Degtev, CEO of SEZ Technopolis Moscow. A new acoustoelectronics development is represented by a line of surface acoustic waves (SAW) from Butis. Filters provide good clear sound without interfering with signal transmission sessions. They can be used in wireless and satellite communication devices, in “smart” meters for electricity, gas and water, in equipment for GSM and GLONAS/GPS base stations and signal amplification of GSM/LTE and Internet. “The launch of the new products will enable the import substitution of the electronic component base in the field of communication signal transmission incidence strategically important for the country. The solution from SEZ Technopolis Moscow will help strengthen Russia’s technological independence from imported components in the area of domestic radio electronics and wireless communications. Last year, the company completed the localization of all its units in SEZ Technopolis Moscow. Currently, its production capacity is up to 250 thousand filters per year”, - said Gennady Degtev. The design of new products took a year and a half. This work was financed by a grant of 20 million rubles from the Innovation Promotion Fund, said Oleg Mashinin, CEO of Butis. “All the items manufactured by the company are one hundred percent localized in Russia: all raw materials, components and materials for the production of acoustoelectronic products are of domestic origin. The localization at Pechatniki site of SEZ Technopolis Moscow with its developed infrastructure allowed to sharply accelerate the development and production of import-substituting innovative products”, he added. The company Butis is a small innovative full-service enterprise that has been in operation for about 30 years. Butis has all the necessary competences and technologies for the creation and serial production of acoustoelectronic products and devices based on them for civil and military equipment.
