The progress of construction of new enterprises on one of the five sites of the SEZ Technopolis Moscow – Alabushevo site was evaluated by Mayor of Moscow Sergey Sobyanin. He visited three pharmaceutical enterprises-residents of the capital's SEZ. "Here, in Alabushevo, a new modern pharmaceutical cluster is being built at a world—class level in terms of capacity, productivity, and innovation," said Sergey Sobyanin. A resident of the SEZ of Moscow - the company Biocad opened a plant for the production of drugs for the treatment of oncological diseases in 2020. Investments of the pharmaceutical company in the creation of production amounted to 5.4 million rubles. The Mayor of Moscow also visited the sites where the production buildings of two other residents of the capital's SEZ pharmaceutical companies R-Opra and Bright Way Industries are being built. R-Opra is building a plant for the production of 56 drugs for the treatment and prevention of endocrine, oncological and cardiac diseases, 31 international nonproprietary product names will be produced at the site. The project is implemented under an offset contract. After the start of the plant's operation, the company will supply medicines for the Moscow healthcare system for seven years. Currently, the construction of buildings is underway, in which it is planned to place 12 production lines and create about 300 jobs. The company Bright Way Industries is building buildings for the production of medicines, including 18 drugs from the list of vital and essential. The plant will produce drugs for the treatment of diseases of the digestive tract, cardiovascular, musculoskeletal, nervous and respiratory systems, metabolic disorders. There are also plans to produce antimicrobials and antiseptics. It is planned to create over a thousand jobs within the framework of the project. The volume of investments amounted to 2.5 billion rubles, the deadline for putting the buildings into operation is the first quarter of 2023. In total, 2.2 thousand jobs have been created at the Alabushevo site. The total volume of investments exceeds 28.9 billion rubles. "More than 200 thousand square meters of various factories, high-tech enterprises in the field of microelectronics, medical industry, security and so on will be built here in Zelenograd. So Zelenograd will receive thousands of new modern jobs," Sergey Sobyanin stressed. Today, 50 companies work at the Alabushevo site, 30 with the status of a resident who are entitled to preferential tax treatment. They do not pay import duties, property tax rates, transport and land taxes, as well as VAT on the import of goods.
