The first of the companies which localized production on the site Rudnevo of the special economic zone (SEZ) Technopolis Moscow received the status of a resident. VIP-Camilla enterprise will produce absorbent linen under the offset contract. This was reported by Vladislav Ovchinsky, the head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy, part of the complex of economic policy and property and land relations of the capital. "Today on the site Rudnevo already placed 16 companies, most of whom are manufacturers of unmanned aircraft systems. VIP-Camilla became the first resident of the sixth site of SEZ Technopolis Moscow. In early 2023, the city signed an offset contract with the company for the supply of absorbent medical underwear. The company invests 417 million rubles in the project. In the third quarter of 2023 the enterprise plans to reach full capacity and create 74 jobs. In the first year of work the resident plans to produce 70 million diapers and 34 million diapers, subsequently increasing production to 120 million and 75 million pieces per year respectively", - said Vladislav Ovchinsky. At the Rudnevo site, the company placed its production facilities on an area of 5.5 thousand square meters. The company purchased modern equipment that will ensure high quality of its products - absorbent diapers and diapers for the care of adult patients. The delivery of diapers to medical institutions of social protection of the capital will begin in August 2023, and diapers - in the second quarter of 2024. As General Director of SEZ Technopolis Moscow Gennady Degtev noted, all the necessary equipment has already arrived at the Pechatniki site of SEZ Technopolis Moscow and is undergoing customs procedures. The installation of video surveillance, security systems, access control, customs post equipment is being finalized on the site Rudnevo. Installation of technological lines for the release of diapers will take 14-16 days after the release of customs. In August, the resident plans the first delivery of products under the offset contract. "It was important for us to get the status of a resident of SEZ Technopolis Moscow, as it gives serious tax preferences. For the launch of an innovative startup, state support is important, including the tax component.
