The first production buildings of a new site "Rudnevo", which is planned to be included into capital special economic zone "Technopolis Moscow", will be put into operation by the end of summer. This was announced by Vladimir Yefimov, the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations. "The creation of the industrial park "Rudnevo" - a promising site of the capital's special economic zone - is going according to schedule. On the most part of the territory the construction works are 90 percent completed. There are areas where they are fulfilled by 80 percent, the creation of separate objects is completely finished. The first production buildings will be put into operation by the end of the summer of this year, the industrial park will be completely built in 2023," said Vladimir Yefimov. "Rudnevo" is a modern multifunctional complex with the ability to accommodate all kinds of high-tech industries. The territory has been included by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation in the federal register of industrial parks. This site will be the sixth as a part of Moscow special economic zone, said the head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy of Moscow Vladislav Ovchinsky. "The Rudnevo site will feature a cluster of unmanned aerial vehicles, as well as production of information and communication technologies, microelectronics, robotics, optics and next-generation materials most widely. After the inclusion of the industrial park in the SEZ "Technopolis Moscow" companies will receive all the preferences that are available to residents of the capital's special economic zone. The area will become a place of attraction for highly qualified personnel, thousands of new workplaces will be created here", - said Vladislav Ovchinsky. As it was specified in the company-developer KROST, the creation of the park is going with the application of industrial high technologies. Elements of future buildings are manufactured in the factory, then brought to the site and assembled as a construction set. This allows to reduce the time of erecting objects by 35-50%. In addition, the cost of construction reduces by 10-15 percent. Modern technology allows to reduce labor costs per square meter of the site by 2-3 times, said Gennady Degtev, General Director of SEZ "Technopolis Moscow". "In March and April 2022, about two thousand people worked at the construction site, in May, their number decreased by 10 percent and continues to decrease. In the industrial park "Rudnevo" more than 280 thousand square meters of production area is being built. The advantages of the future site of Moscow SEZ is a developed infrastructure and a convenient location. "Rudnevo" is located five kilometers from the Moscow Ring Road, near major transport arteries of the country, as well as near the subway station.
