The capabilities of Alabushevo site allowed the resident of SEZ Technopolis Moscow to halve the production time for innovative equipment as informed by Gennady Degtev, CEO of SEZ Technopolis Moscow. “The company "Diagnostika-M" has launched its production site in Alabushevo at full capacity, setting up manufacturing of large-sized inspection equipment here. The mobile inspection and screening complex "M-SCAN" is the first product of this type assembled on the territory of Zelenograd site of the capital's SEZ. Its capabilities made it possible to halve the assembly time of products”, pointed out Gennady Degtev. “Diagnostika-M“ makes introscopes, stationary and mobile inspection systems, special equipment for the inspection of goods and the detection of dangerous and prohibited items and substances, as well as medical devices based on the operation of X-rays. The company received the status of a resident of the special economic zone Technopolis Moscow at the end of 2019, in 2020 it localized production at the Zelenograd site of the Moscow SEZ, starting with the production of medium-sized products for the security sector, in the summer of 2021 the assembly of large-scale complexes was already established here. The site in Alabushevo is customized to enable the company to carry out the entire cycle of equipment manufacturing in a short time: from electrical installation to test run of the product says Vladimir Usachev, CEO of Diagnostika-M. “The facilities are capable of producing more than 300 large inspection systems per year - introscopes, camera-type X-ray television systems, inspection portals. The warehouse ensures the availability of a large number of spare parts, our own service department makes it possible to quickly carry out the necessary repair work. In addition, at the site, it became possible to conduct training events for personnel, providing for professional experience, which has a positive effect on the quality of products and the development of new ones”, underlined the Head of the company.
