The construction of a pharmaceutical plant was completed ahead of schedule in the SEZ Technopolis Moscow

The construction of a high-tech complex for the development and production of medicines was completed ahead of schedule at the Alabushevo site of the Technopolis Moscow special economic zone, said Vladimir Efimov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations. Bright Way Industries has completed the construction of a new full-cycle research and production complex. “Moscow has been systematically working on import substitution and localization of the most important industries on its territory for many years. The new plant is one of 17 high-tech enterprises that are currently being built at the Alabushevo site. The area of the research and production complex is about three hectares. The company has invested 3.4 billion rubles in the implementation of the project,” added the deputy mayor. The plant will produce drugs for the treatment of the respiratory and musculoskeletal systems, the digestive tract, antimicrobial drugs and other medicines. “In total, it is planned to produce over 80 types of vital drugs. At the same time, the company will not only produce, but also develop new drugs. More than a thousand people will be able to work at the plant,” said Vladislav Ovchinsky, head of the Moscow Investment and Industrial Policy Department. From the first quarter of 2023, the company plans to launch large production lines and workshops. The manufactured products will be supplied to state medical institutions. “The new research and production complex, which appeared at the Alabushevo site, will become another representative of the medical equipment and biopharma industry that is actively developing in the special economic zone of the capital.
