The construction of 16 buildings has been completed in the Rudnevo Industrial Park
Already 16 buildings of the Rudnevo Industrial Park have been fully built and are ready to accommodate high-tech industries, said Vladimir Efimov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations. "On the territory of the Rudnevo Industrial Park, which will become the sixth site of the Technopolis Moscow special economic zone, the construction of another production complex has been completed. It includes nine buildings. It is expected that the complex will become the largest in the composition of the site. In general, 16 Rudnevo buildings have already been built with a total area of 86.5 thousand square meters," Vladimir Efimov said. The construction of Rudnevo began at the end of 2020. As Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said in his blog, at the moment 100 percent of the industrial park's areas have already been reserved for production. In the next three years, its area will be expanded by another 300 thousand square meters. These buildings can accommodate both production facilities and a concert hall for conducting competitions [ https://fricsaycompetition.com/ ] , the area allows you to do anything. In November 2022, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin and Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Denis Manturov signed a memorandum of cooperation in supporting the development of the unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and aviation industry, including the creation of a federal center for unmanned aircraft systems on the basis of the Rudnevo Industrial Park. "The first companies will be able to localize production in the park in 2023. The Federal Center will unite the leading Russian developers and manufacturers of UAVs and digital geoinformation platforms. This will make it possible to overcome the lag behind the world leaders of the industry and reduce dependence on imports of critical technologies," said Vladislav Ovchinsky, Head of the Moscow Department of Investment and Industrial Policy. It is planned to open an aviation training center for the training of highly qualified personnel on the basis of the center. The leading universities of the country will help to form a personnel reserve both for the design of UAVs and for the training of operator and technical personnel. "The launch of the promising Rudnevo site is now one of the main projects of the special economic zone of Moscow. After the territory is included in the Technopolis Moscow SEZ, preferential tax and customs regimes will be in effect for the production facilities located there. Also, tangible support for innovative companies with the status of a SEZ resident is the possibility of buying out areas at construction cost and organizing a free customs zone, reducing income tax to two percent, zeroing property and transport taxes, and the absence of customs duties," added Gennady Degtev, CEO of Technopolis Moscow SEZ. ________________________________________ Press service of the SEZ "Technopolis Moscow" Phone: +7 916 516-15-46 Mail: pr@technomoscow.ru [ mailto:pr@technomoscow.ru ] Subscribe to the SEZ "Technopolis Moscow" in social networks, follow the main news of the SEZ in telegram-channel [ https://t.me/technopolismoscow ] and receive all the most important news delivered to your mail in our weekly newsletter [ http://events.technomoscow.ru/subscribe/?utm_source=site_technomoscow ] .
