The area of Rudnevo industrial park facilities will grow up 2.5 times

By the end of 2024 the area of industrial and administrative objects of industrial park Rudnevo, which in March this year became a part of the special economic zone (SEZ) Technopolis Moscow, is planned to increase 2,5 times, up to 300 thousand square meters. This was reported by Deputy Mayor of Moscow on Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations Vladimir Yefimov. In March this year the site was included to the special economic zone of Moscow. This means that companies that will receive the status of SEZ residents will be able to obtain a number of tax and other benefits. Residents will be exempt from property, transport and land taxes. The income tax rate for them will be only 2%. Free customs zone regime and land lease privileges will be applied to them. Seventeen companies are already unfolding their capacities here, most of which will produce unmanned aerial vehicles. The new cluster is designed to ensure technological sovereignty and further development of this industry in Russia, - said the head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy of Moscow Vladislav Ovchinsky. As the general director of the Moscow SEZ Gennady Dyogtev said, the most favorable conditions have been created for the rapid adaptation and further development on the new site of the Moscow SEZ to the companies. Among the advantages of Rudnevo is a good transport accessibility. The site is located close to the Moscow Ring Road, M-5 Ural and M-7 Volga highways, MSD and the M-12 Moscow - Nizhny Novgorod - Kazan highway under construction, Nekrasovka and Lukhmanovskaya metro stations, Zhukovsky and Domodedovo airports. Near the industrial park is working on the development of urban road network - here we plan to build 5.5 km of roads, turning platforms device with a terminal station for ground public transport, - said Gennady Dyogtev.
