Technostaging: How SEZ Technopolis Moscow helps students and enterprises find each other

Students are looking for jobs where they can apply their knowledge and realize their talents, and companies are looking for young and progressive specialists. The Technopolis Moscow project helps them find each other. The search for the first internship and job is often accompanied by stress: where to go, how to impress at the interview, how not to make mistakes on the first working day? And what to do if everywhere you need specialists with experience? The city project Technostaging solves this problem. Its goal is to help students of universities and colleges to get practical training in leading companies and acquire new skills, and enterprises to find young and promising employees. In 2021, the special economic zone (SEZ) Technopolis Moscow helped organize internships for 240 university and college students in its resident companies. The program proved to be so in demand that in 2022 the Technostaging project was opened. Since its launch, more than 800 students have participated in it and gained experience at the technopolis' enterprises. Major educational sites have signed agreements with companies. Among them are Bauman Moscow State Technical University, Lomonosov Moscow State University, Peoples' Friendship University of Russia, Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation, Moscow State Educational Complex and National Research University "Moscow Institute of Electronic Technology". It is not without reason that SEZ Technopolis Moscow is respected by the leading universities. This is the place where the future is being produced. The site has a special legal status, and there is a favorable regime for investors. More than 200 high-tech enterprises operate there, of which more than 90 have resident status. Companies engaged in 3D-printing, microelectronics, composite materials, and drug development have opened their doors to young specialists. Students and graduates of universities and colleges who are studying or have already graduated in such areas as information technology, microelectronics, robotics, numerical control can take internships within the framework of the project. Trainees try their hand at the positions of technologist, assistant master, programmer, fitter - assembler of innovative products, assembler and laboratory technician. To join the project, you need to go to the Residents section of the economic zone's website and select the Technoprojects tab, then go to the Technoprojects section and click on Internships. Companies that accept interns are listed there. Students can intern throughout the year, and company job openings are updated daily. Some companies conduct pre-testing. The Special Economic Zone (SEZ) Technopolis Moscow is a territory with a special legal status, which offers a favorable business regime for investors.
