The Diagnostika-M company has developed and put into production a pilot version of an inspection unit with artificial intelligence. The new smart introscope resident of the SEZ Technopolis Moscow is able to recognize not only the outer contours, but also the inner content of the forbidden objects, as well as their individual fragments in disassembled form. This was reported by Vladilav Ovchinsky, the head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy, which is part of the complex of economic policy and property and land relations of the capital. "The resident of SEZ Technopolis Moscow has expanded its product line by integrating artificial intelligence into technologies already created and tested in the market, which has provided a fundamentally different level of their capabilities. The new smart introscope will be able to independently identify dangerous and prohibited items, which will simplify the work of inspection equipment operators and increase the level of public safety. The development has no analogues on the Russian market, and its localization level reaches 100 percent. As part of new projects, the company created 56 additional jobs," said Vladislav Ovchinsky. The inspection introscope is an X-ray television unit for scanning cargo and luggage for dangerous and prohibited items. The company equipped the conveyor-type introscopes of TC-SCAN series with artificial intelligence, which will be able to find dangerous and prohibited items in whole and in separate fragments, as well as recognize the contours of the object itself and its inner content. The device identifies the object and gives the operator the corresponding information on the monitor screen: the artificial intelligence highlights suspicious objects in a frame, denoting their name - a bottle, a spray bottle, a knife, and so on. A neural network on a sample of more than 5 million marked images is trained to recognize forbidden objects and their individual fragments in different angles. Diagnostika-M company is a resident of the site Alabushevo SEZ "Technopolis Moscow since 2019. The company's products, which successfully replace their imported counterparts, are in high demand in the market, including through constant modernization and innovation. Diagnostika-M has been working on a project to integrate artificial intelligence into inspection scanners for more than three years, using its own developments and material resources. Only in 2022, the company invested more than 105 million rubles in its production," General Director of SEZ Technopolis Moscow Gennady Degtev specified. Diagnostika-M implements smart technologies in its products, develops its own artificial intelligence systems and software, which is included in the Russian software base. Among the company's recent developments is the Radar-IQ territory protection system, capable of detecting and recognizing threats far beyond the perimeter of the protected object - both on the ground and in the air, including any type of UAV, using artificial intelligence. Smart introscopes have already been tested at a number of sites, including the Cathedral of Christ the Savior, and have confirmed all their claimed characteristics. Currently, the intelligent introscopes created by a resident of the Moscow SEZ guard the entrance to the Moscow Kremlin, the airport in Lipetsk and a number of other strategically important facilities in Russia. "The artificial intelligence technology was developed by specialists of Diagnostika-M for the introscopes of the TC-SCAN series and is compatible only with the company's products. All new conveyor-type inspection units produced by the company have the ability to use this solution. Many customers are already interested in the new product, including those who already operate TC-SCAN units, but want to upgrade their software to a smart version. At the same time, the company's specialists do not stop there, but continue to refine the AI system, developing and improving its capabilities," explained the company's CEO Vladimir Usachev. The plant, which will create at least 70 jobs, is located in the Rudnevo industrial park. The manufacturing company is a resident of the special economic zone Technopolis Moscow that gives it significant tax incentives: exemption from property, transport and land taxes for 10 years. The rate of profits tax for residents is only two per cent. In addition, they can rent land at a reduced rate. ________________________________________ Press service of the SEZ "Technopolis Moscow" Phone: +7 916 516-15-46 Mail: pr@technomoscow.ru [ mailto:pr@technomoscow.ru ] Subscribe to the SEZ "Technopolis Moscow" in social networks, follow the main news of the SEZ in telegram-channel [ https://t.me/technopolismoscow ]  and receive all the most important news delivered to your mail in our weekly newsletter [ http://events.technomoscow.ru/subscribe/?utm_source=site_technomoscow ] .
