Technopolis Moscow SEZ resident supplied drainage gutters for reconstruction of M-4 Don Highway

The resident of SEZ Technopolis Moscow Nanotechnological Center of Composites delivered about four kilometers of drainage composite trays for the reconstruction of the federal highway M-4 Don. The head of the Department of investment and industrial policy of Moscow Vladislav Ovchinsky informed about it. "The production of the capital Nanotechnological center of composites is enough demanded at realization of big infrastructure projects including the ones connected with repair and construction of roads. For example the company supplied four kilometers of drainage composite flumes for reconstruction of the federal highway M-4 Don, two kilometers of them have already been installed. Earlier more than 18 kilometers of composite railing and drainage systems of the company were mounted on the section of the Central Ring Road CCAD-1, another nine kilometers of railing and flumes - on the section of the CCAD-3", - said Vladislav Ovchinsky. Compared with traditional concrete or metal systems of water drainage the composite drainage gutters of the capital manufacturer have a number of advantages: low weight, corrosion resistance, actual absence of the maintenance costs during operation, durability and possibility of easy replacement of construction elements. Two more kilometers of the materials will be mounted on a highway section in the nearest month, said Eugeny Rafailov, the company's Sales Department Head. Now works on the reconstruction of the highway are performed round the clock, ahead of schedule to put the object into operation. The repair project of the highway includes the reconstruction of its two parts with the expansion to four and six lanes, and also the construction of 36 kilometers of bypass of Aksai. The new segment will unload the access roads to Rostov-on-Don from the traffic. The opening of the traffic on the highway is planned for June of the current year. "Nanotechnological center of composites" is one of the leaders on the market. The company is engaged in the full cycle of development and production of the products from polymer composite materials for different industries. "Since 2017, the company has the status of a resident of the special economic zone of Moscow, which exempts it for 10 years from paying property, transport and land tax. The profit tax rate is only two percent.
