The cloud infrastructure of the Data Processing Center (DPC) developed by Technopolis Moscow, a resident of the special economic zone (SEZ), has been certified according to GOST and PCI DSS standards. Such certification confirms the security of client data during payment transactions. This was reported by Vladislav Ovchinsky, Head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy, which is part of the Complex of Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations of the capital. PCI DSS is an international security standard created specifically for the protection of payment card data during non-cash transactions. Attestation according to it is carried out annually on a mandatory basis. GOST (57580.1-2017) is a national standard for the protection of information of financial organizations developed by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, which is also mandatory for credit and non-credit financial organizations in the country. "Last year, Oxygen, a resident of the capital's special economic zone, set a course for the development of cloud technologies and the development of solutions in this direction. In 2022, the company invested 472 million rubles in the realization of its innovative projects. In addition, about 90 additional jobs were created here. Certification of the company's cloud platform according to the standards of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation guarantees protection of client information from theft and various fraudulent actions", - said Vladislav Ovchinsky. The company was one of the first in Russia to receive PCI DSS certification. The company's fintech clients are insurance companies, banks, payment systems, brokerage platforms. They can fulfill all the most complex and financially costly information security requirements of the Central Bank using this cloud platform. In addition, they no longer need to certify their infrastructure for payment transactions. Using the cloud of SEZ resident Technopolis Moscow, which guarantees the safety of all types of banking secrecy, they automatically fulfill the data protection requirements prescribed by the Central Bank of Russia. "The company is one of the oldest tenants of SEZ Technopolis Moscow, in fact, laid the foundation of the modern IT landscape of the capital's special economic zone. Today there are six enterprises, including four residents, which provide data center services. Data centers occupy an area of more than 26 thousand square meters and simultaneously serve tens of thousands of clients - financial companies, industrial enterprises and public sector institutions. The total investment in these projects exceeded nine billion rubles. In 2022 alone, the companies have invested about 790 million rubles in their development. The development of enterprises also provides new jobs," said Gennady Degtev, Director General of Technopolis Moscow SEZ. The enterprise cloud platform is a tool with the help of which fintech companies can quickly scale their infrastructure and create services that are most resistant to various external cyber threats. "The Data Center has a huge responsibility for maintaining the proper level of information security of the entire cloud, the services of which are used by hundreds of companies today. The architecture of the cloud platform is entirely our development. Compliance with the Central Bank's standards guarantees the security of payment processes, ensures strict control over the absence of infrastructure vulnerabilities and high speed of response to possible cyber threats.
