Technopolis Moscow SEZ resident opened a metalworking and robotic welding facility

Technopolis Moscow special economic zone resident TZMOI has expanded its production and launched a metalworking and robotic welding shop. This was reported by Deputy Mayor of Moscow on economic policy and property and land relations Vladimir Efimov. "SEZ Technopolis Moscow resident thanks to the new metalworking and robotic welding shop will increase the production of steam sterilizers, cabinets for aseptic storage of endoscopes and disinfection and washing equipment by 25 percent. The realization of the project also allowed to increase the number of high-tech jobs by 30 percent up to about 120, 30 people will be able to find additional jobs in the new shop alone. The volume of investments in the project realization amounted to about 120 million rubles", - said Vladimir Efimov. The enterprise is part of Pharmstandard group of companies and produces medical equipment in the field of infection control systems in healthcare: steam, low-temperature plasma sterilizers, medical waste disinfection units, disinfection and washing machines. "The new workshop with an area of 1.7 thousand square meters allowed to increase the production area of the plant to 3.3 thousand square meters. The capacity of the enterprise allows to produce more than 1.5 thousand units of high-tech medical equipment per year", - said Vladislav Ovchinsky, Head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy of the capital Vladislav Ovchinsky. The company actively invests in increasing production capacity, development of new and finalization of existing products. The plant has no analogues in terms of localization level in Russia and the volume of their production for the main product lines. For example, the level of localization of disinfection and washing machines for medical devices reaches 100%. "The basis of the new production is a modern machine-building complex, which allows metal processing, robotic welding and other operations with a high degree of automation of the technological process. The resident's products are highly demanded by Russian medical and preventive institutions", - emphasized Gennady Degtev, Director General of SEZ "Technopolis Moscow". According to Alexander Prosviryakov, General Director of the company, all main production lines are automated and robotized, most of the work is done by operators on numerically controlled machines.
