Concern Goodwin, a resident of Special Economic Zone (SEZ) Technopolis Moscow, has developed and successfully tested a local wireless personnel monitoring system that can be quickly deployed at the site without the use of infrastructure equipment. It will help to keep in touch with the employees without connecting to the Internet and mobile communication. This was reported by Vladislav Ovchinsky, the head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy of Moscow, which is part of the complex of economic policy and property and land relations of the capital. Today enterprises of the Moscow SEZ offer the market various innovative solutions, including in the field of industrial internet of things. For example, one of the residents who invested more than 100 million rubles in the creation of production on the territory of SEZ developed a new local wireless system of personnel monitoring, which allows to quickly contact an employee in the field to control and adjust the set tasks, warn him about possible threats and give instructions on further actions. This innovation will be in demand primarily in the oil and gas, energy and construction industries, where production facilities are often located in hard-to-reach places without cellular service, says Vladislav Ovchinsky. To deploy the system only multifunctional trackers and a mobile application on a smartphone or tablet are needed. The master tracker is kept by the person in charge (supervisor, foreman, administrator) and receives data packets from all other trackers in the system, which are distributed to workers, employees, and event participants. The received data is visualized on the screen of a smartphone or tablet. Through the application it is possible to send text messages to workers' beacons, which have the ability to send an SOS signal to the supervisor's device. The company received resident status in the Technopolis Moscow SEZ in 2019. Now it occupies about 1.3 thousand square meters on the Pechatniki site. The company has created about 80 jobs. The use of the invention will provide coordination of employees and monitor the safety of working conditions, General Director of SEZ Technopolis Moscow Gennady Degtev specified. He added that thanks to the novelty it is possible to monitor the location of the employee, his activity, strokes and falls, immobility, heart rate, availability of personal protective equipment, atmospheric pressure, air quality index, gas concentration indicators from a personal gas analyzer. The new personnel monitoring system was tested in an open area in the Moscow region, where the maximum distance between the devices of the supervisor and workers in different conditions was determined. The test showed that the connection is maintained at a distance of up to 600 meters in direct line of sight, as well as when the master tracker is moved on a vehicle. The results obtained allow us to recommend such a system as a simple and cost-effective solution for mobile work teams and repair crews of up to eight people working in the absence of Internet connection and mobile communications in small areas in open terrain, said Mikhail Nagorsky, technical director of the company. ________________________________________ Press service of the SEZ "Technopolis Moscow" Phone: +7 916 516-15-46 Mail: pr@technomoscow.ru [ mailto:pr@technomoscow.ru ] Subscribe to the SEZ "Technopolis Moscow" in social networks, follow the main news of the SEZ in telegram-channel [ https://t.me/technopolismoscow ] and receive all the most important news delivered to your mail in our weekly newsletter [ http://events.technomoscow.ru/subscribe/?utm_source=site_technomoscow ] .
