The corporate university of Technopolis Moscow, a resident of the special economic zone (SEZ), has been enriched with 132 employee mentors since the beginning of the year. Young specialists and new employees of the enterprise go through the mentoring system. This was reported by Vladislav Ovchinsky, Head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy, which is part of the Complex of Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations of the capital. By the decree of the President of Russia Vladimir Putin 2023 in the country is declared the Year of teacher and mentor, whose work actively forms the personnel potential of the national economy. An important role in the dissemination of the best scientific and production practices is assigned to high-tech and knowledge-intensive enterprises, where the country's leading specialists are concentrated. For example, one of the leaders of the domestic microelectronics industry - Mikron plant - in 2022 opened a corporate university on its base for retraining its own personnel without taking a break from production. "High-tech companies - residents of SEZ Technopolis Moscow need highly specialized technical staff. In the first quarter of this year alone, the Mikron plant opened more than 80 high-tech jobs. As part of training at the corporate university, 132 mentors will work with young personnel. They will share their knowledge about the peculiarities of modern production, experience and experience, and thus help to form corporate culture, develop innovations and increase labor productivity. The Company's University offers more than 300 special training programs and 690 distance learning courses," said Vladislav Ovchinsky. The mentoring system is one of the key components of the corporate university, which also includes advanced training from external providers, production tours for new employees, in-house professional skill contests and employee involvement in continuous learning. "The plant is a recognized leader in the domestic microelectronics industry and one of the largest providers of innovations. In 2022, the enterprise joined the national project Labor Productivity, which has also become one of the tools to improve staff skills, and in the first six months of participation accelerated the production of export products by 30 percent," said Gennady Degtev, General Director of SEZ Technopolis Moscow. The training period for a new employee of the enterprise at the corporate university is three months. "For effective adaptation of new employees, a special personnel training course on microelectronic products manufacturing technology has been organized. In the first quarter of this year, 120 employees who need to "tighten up" their competencies to the requirements of the position have applied for internal production training.
