The winners of the competition of technological proposals in the field of Microelectronics, organized by the Russian Science Foundation (RNF) within the framework of the strategic initiatives of the President of Russia in the scientific and technological sphere, have been announced. The list of 56 selected proposals included 14 projects of six companies of the special economic zone (SEZ) Technopolis Moscow. This was reported by Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations Vladimir Efimov. Today for realization of breakthrough developments in electronic industry cooperation of science, business and state is necessary. Some areas of the industry require large-scale joint work of all market participants. To solve this problem, the Russian Science Foundation has announced a competition for the selection of technological proposals. Microelectronics manufacturers were invited to submit projects, the realization of which, in their opinion, is necessary for the further development of the industry. "The microelectronics cluster of SEZ Technopolis Moscow includes 32 enterprises that are engaged in innovations that have no analogues in Russia and the world. In 2022, they invested in their development about three billion rubles, and in total during the time of activity in the SEZ Moscow - more than 40 billion rubles. The competition received 183 technological proposals containing 294 projects from representatives of the industry. The short-list included 56 developments, 14 of which belong to six enterprises of the special economic zone of the capital", - said Vladimir Efimov. The strategic initiatives of the Russian President in the scientific and technological sphere, within the framework of which the Russian Science Foundation contest was held, will become another driver for the development of domestic and metropolitan microelectronics. "The tax benefits that residents receive, developed infrastructure, and a well-appointed public environment provide strong support for manufacturers. In 2022, representatives of the microelectronics industry of SEZ Technopolis Moscow received benefits for 406.9 million rubles. For every ruble of tax benefits granted to residents, 44.6 rubles were invested by the companies for their development", - said Vladislav Ovchinsky, Head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy. Director General of SEZ Technopolis Moscow Gennady Degtev emphasized that the winners were the companies Mikron, Epiel, ZSTC, NIIME, Proton Plant, Lassard. The largest number of developments - five - was presented by Zelenograd Nanotechnology Center. At the next stage, a competition will be announced to select the executors of experimental design and technological works on the winning technological proposals, which will be financed by the Fund. Grants will range from 10 to 30 million rubles. The maximum project implementation period is up to three years. _______________________________________________ Press service of the SEZ Technopolis Moscow Phone: +7 916 516-15-46 Mail: pr@technomoscow.ru [ mailto:pr@technomoscow.ru ] Subscribe to the SEZ "Technopolis Moscow" in social networks, follow the main news of the SEZ in telegram-channel [ https://t.me/technopolismoscow ] and receive all the most important news delivered to your mail in our weekly newsletter [ http://events.technomoscow.ru/subscribe/?utm_source=site_technomoscow ] .
