SEZ Technopolis Moscow will lease more than 24 thousand square meters of production space

Starting from August, 2020 at Alabushevo site of the special economic zone Technopolis Moscow three innovative laboratory and industrial buildings will be available for rent for import-substituting enterprises of industrial production and technology innovative types, informed Alexander Prokhorov, Head of the Department of investment and industrial policy of Moscow. “One of our focuses today is to accumulate new large import-substituting enterprises in Zelenograd. This can reduce the so-called circular migration owing to new well-paid jobs beyond Third Ring Road and Moscow Ring Road. By August at Alabushevo site of the special economic zone Technopolis Moscow three innovative laboratory and industrial buildings will be available for rent with a total area of 24.8 thousand square meters. Besides more than 20 plants with the capacity of 4000 jobs are under construction at the site with the possibility to double them in future”, said Alexander Prokhorov. The rooms in the innovative laboratory and industrial buildings are 25-1200 м? large. Each building has administrative rooms, storage and technical facilities, loadout areas, premises for 3D-modelling, sanitary, utility rooms, a space for liquid cooling as well as options for “clean rooms”. All buildings are equipped with advanced infrastructure. The tenant can also obtain the status of a resident company of the special economic zone Technopolis Moscow, pointed out its CEO Gennady Degtev. “Now you can place your production at Alabushevo not only constructing your own plant but also in the ready-to-use advanced areas. Premises are available for rent not only for industrial production enterprises but also for technology innovative types with the amount of investments of 50 000 Rubles per м? in five years and revenue of 200 000 Rubles per м?. In future a tenant can obtain a resident status and all relevant benefits like property, transport and income tax exemptions”, said Gennady Degtev. According to Konstantin Fomichenko, Director of industrial and storage real estate at Knight Frank, Zelenograd is a large agglomeration with quite skilled personnel willing to work close to their homes.
