SEZ Technopolis Moscow upgraded automatic control systems for power plants in three regions of Russia

Technoanalyt company localized in SEZ Technopolis Moscow, has completed equipping and modernization of automatic control systems for power plants in the Kaliningrad Region, Stavropol Region and Khanty-Mansi autonomous district as informed by Gennady Degtev, CEO of SEZ Technopolis Moscow. “Since 2017, the high-tech company Technoanalyt has been located in the special economic zone of Moscow at the Pechatniki site, where it occupies 590 sq. meters. The company's projects help power plants to reduce emergency situations, increase the efficiency and environmental friendliness. This year the company covered a number of plants in the regions of Russia, having modernized the systems of Nevinnomysskaya TPP, Primorskaya TPP and Nizhnevartovskaya TPP. Localization in the Moscow SEZ helped the company optimize technological and business processes due to convenient logistics and developed infrastructure of the site”, declared Gennady Degtev. The system of automatic chemical control of the water-chemical regime of the Nizhnevartovsk State District Power Plant in the Khanty-Mansi autonomous district, upgraded by Technoanalyt, includes several most advanced dozen sensors and measuring devices. “The system generates in real time about 100 signals about the state of the coolant. Prompt processing of such an array of data allows you to optimize the water-chemical regime, halves the associated equipment damage, helps to reduce emergency situations”, said Konstantin Shishkin, Chief Technology Officer at Technoanalyt. Since the beginning of the year, Technoanalyt has equipped the Nevinomysskaya TPP in the Stavropol Region with a proprietary system that automates the control of water amount consumed in the power station's inlet channel, and has also developed and put into operation an automatic system for chemical control of the wastewater composition of Primorskaya TPP in the Kaliningrad Region. “According to environmental legislation, industrial enterprises directing their wastewater to housing and communal services enterprises for further treatment must conduct a chemical analysis of wastewater and record short-term volley discharges. An automatic system from Technoanalyt provides for such an analysis and reduces the risk of overpayment for water consumption and wastewater disposal.
