SEZ Technopolis Moscow resident has developed a project management service

The EASY project and task management service, developed by a resident of the special economic zone of Moscow – the Workshop of Digital Solutions company, is included in the register of domestic software. This was announced by Vladislav Ovchinsky, Head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy of the City of Moscow, which is part of the Complex of Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations of the capital.  "The Digital Solutions Workshop company specializes in software development. The innovative project management system created by her was included in the register of Russian software. Thanks to this, it will be able to be used at facilities with increased information security requirements and participate in public procurement. The company has been creating and improving the software product since 2019. Investments in it amounted to about 50 million rubles," Vladislav Ovchinsky said. In addition to participating in public procurement and expanding the circle of potential customers, programs from the registry receive VAT benefits. In addition, the organization can apply for an irrevocable grant for salaries of employees, purchase of new equipment and other purposes. The EASY service helps companies organize their internal processes and reduce costs by building effective communication between departments and employees. The functionality of the system partially, and in some cases even completely replaces a number of foreign analogues that have left the Russian market. Currently, the service includes six modules: for project and task management, planning and holding meetings, automation of business processes, visualization of business metrics, employee workload planning, as well as a business messenger. Resident development is universal for all industries. The system is used by dozens of enterprises from the fields of design and construction, production and distribution of household appliances, companies providing legal services. "The service is among the innovations in the field of digital solutions, which are among the most popular in the economy.
