SEZ Technopolis Moscow resident company has developed two programmes for the housing and utilities sector

SEZ Technopolis Moscow resident Energosberezhenie has received Rospatent certificates for two software products for the housing and utilities sector. This was announced by Gennady Degtev, CEO of SEZ Technopolis Moscow. Software products, which will allow to automate tasks on damage repair and maintenance logs, as well as directories of housing and utilities facilities, have received the patents. The company has been a resident of Technopolis Moscow SEZ since 2021. During this time, the company has created 76 jobs. The software products were developed in accordance with the technical requirements of major customers in the second half of 2022, and are now used as part of other systems under development, which will soon be brought to market, explained Gennady Degtev. The MRO module is used to automate the tasks of damage logging and facility maintenance. The "NSI" module ensures the maintenance of directories and the timely updating of information on housing and communal facilities. Both solutions can be used by management and sales companies, resource supplying organisations and other customers. The company is actively engaged in the development and commercialisation of IT products for various areas of resource supply, operation and management of facilities. Resident status exempts the company from property, land and transport taxes for 10 years. In addition, the profit tax rate is reduced from 20 percent to two percent. The company produces software products that allow you to calculate an algorithm for analysing consumption and calculating heat energy saving potential for heating in apartment buildings in Moscow. With their help, it is possible to keep records of actually achieved savings with preparation of certificates of savings for verification and signing them by customers of energy service contracts. The company presents a management system for automated control units of heat energy consumption for heating needs in apartment buildings with control over the set abnormal or emergency signals and artificial intelligence taking independent decisions or notifying the dispatcher about the events taking place, explained Vlad Musteata [ https://vladmusteata.ro ] , Deputy Director of the Information Systems Development and Support Department of the company.
