Specialists of the science and technology center "Drive Technique" located on the territory of the special economic zone "Technopolis Moscow" have developed an intelligent platform for manufacturing parts to order. More than 50 companies from different regions of Russia have joined the tool so far. The marketplace can contribute to the development of import substitution in the country. "The smart marketplace developed by the industrialists in the capital makes it possible to establish cooperation between enterprises and in the shortest possible time find the manufacturer of the necessary parts and equipment in different regions. Today the platform includes more than 50 enterprises and over a thousand machines,"- said Vladislav Ovchinsky When searching for manufacturers, the system evaluates their technical capabilities and workload level. Thus, companies receive only orders that they are capable of fulfilling at the moment. In addition, the system helps engineers directly in production by issuing ready-made process flowcharts and sets of process documentation. "Ten thousand different 3D models of parts have already been uploaded to the intellectual industrial platform. The partner of the service was the Moscow State Educational Complex (MSEC), whose department is located on the site of the Moscow SEZ in Pechatniki.
