SEZ Technopolis Moscow offers more than 4.5 thousand square meters for the placement of production facilities
The first areas of the Rudnevo Industrial Park, which will become part of SEZ Technopolis Moscow, have become available to investors, said Vladimir Efimov, Vice-Mayor of Moscow for Economic policy and Land-property affairs. "The construction of a promising site of SEZ Technopolis Moscow– the Rudnevo Industrial Park - continues in the east of Moscow. Commissioning of the first stage is planned this year. Investors can apply for premises with a total area of 4.5 thousand square meters in two new buildings. Applications from potential tenants are already being accepted for consideration," Vladimir Efimov said. The industrial Park Rudnevo is a modern multifunctional complex with the possibility of accommodating all types of high-tech industries. The territory is included by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation in the federal Register of Industrial Parks. Companies will be able to accommodate in ready-made buildings in brownfield. "In total, more than 280 thousand square meters of production space are being built on 37 hectares. Among the criteria for evaluating a potential investor are the environmental friendliness of production and products, registered intellectual property rights that will be used in the implementation of the project. The level of localization of production and its presence in the register of Russian industrial products of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia are also important," said Vladislav Ovchinsky, Head of the Department for Investment and Industrial policy of Moscow. The promising Rudnevo site will become the sixth in the special economic zone of Moscow. For representatives of the high-tech industry, the latest infrastructure and convenient location near the MKAD, Zhukovsky and Domodedovo airports, as well as the North-Eastern Chord under construction are attractive. "After the inclusion of the industrial park in the Technopolis Moscow from 2023, companies will be able to take advantage of all the preferences that are now available to residents of the special economic zone. In particular, this is a zero tax rate on land, property and transport, a profit tax rate of two percent, preferential land lease and customs privileges," said Gennady Degtev, General Director of SEZ Technopolis Moscow. Investors are subject to the same economic requirements as residents of technopolis. To work on the site, the company will need to invest at least 54 thousand rubles of investment per square meter of leased space in its project for five years. The rental rate is set at the level of at least nine thousand rubles per square meter per year. The required minimum of the planned revenue should be at least 251 thousand rubles per square meter for the second calendar year from the planned date of completion of investments.
