SEZ Technopolis Moscow leased about eight thousand square meters of premises in 2022

Since the beginning of this year, new enterprises have rented about eight thousand square meters of premises at the Alabushevo site of the Technopolis Moscow special economic zone. This was announced by Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations Vladimir Efimov. “The Special Economic Zone is an attractive platform for locating high-tech industries. In 2022, eight more companies became tenants of the innovative laboratory and industrial buildings at the Alabushevo site. The enterprises will develop and produce microelectronics and electronic equipment, video recorders and video cameras, medical products and test systems. They covered an area of almost eight thousand square meters. Thanks to them, more than 370 new jobs have appeared in the city,” said Vladimir Efimov. He added that another 10 high-tech enterprises have become residents of the special economic zone of the capital this year. Four of them are already in operation, six will be put into operation in the coming months. Most of these companies represent the medical technology, equipment and biopharma industries. They will produce drugs for targeted therapy of oncological diseases, synthetic vessels, joint fluid substitutes, and modern ultrasound diagnostic equipment. “This year, three high-tech enterprises became residents of the Moscow Special Economic Zone. They specialize in the production of electric trucks, drug packaging and plastic pallets. Three more work in the field of microelectronics and IT. In total, enterprises that received resident status this year occupied premises with an area of over 30,000 square meters. Of these, about 20,000 were built by the companies themselves,” said Vladislav Ovchinsky, Head of the Investment and Industrial Policy Department. Residents of the SEZ Moscow are exempted from paying land, property and transport taxes for ten years, and the income tax rate for them is reduced to two percent. The goods and equipment they import are not subject to customs duties. “Convenient locations, developed transport infrastructure, modern communications and comfortable conditions for employees - this is an incomplete list of what tenants get by placing their production at any of the five sites of the Moscow Special Economic Zone. It is also necessary to take into account the various forms of networking that are provided to enterprises. First of all, it is the support of the Moscow government, the possibility of industrial cooperation with neighboring industries, regular participation in various business events and professional associations,” said Gennady Degtev, CEO of the SEZ Technopolis Moscow. ________________________________________ Press service of the SEZ "Technopolis Moscow" Phone: +7 916 516-15-46 Mail: pr@technomoscow.ru [ mailto:pr@technomoscow.ru ] Subscribe to the SEZ "Technopolis Moscow" in social networks, follow the main news of the SEZ in telegram-channel [ https://t.me/technopolismoscow ]  and receive all the most important news delivered to your mail in our weekly newsletter [ http://events.technomoscow.ru/subscribe/?utm_source=site_technomoscow ] .
