The Russian production company System Electric is adapting new three-phase uninterruptible power supply systems for localized production at the Pechatniki site of SEZ Technopolis Moscow. They protect critical equipment from damage due to power outages and power surges. This was announced by Vladislav Ovchinsky, Head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy of the City of Moscow, which is part of the Complex of Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations of the capital. «The company has been working at Pechatniki site of SEZ Technopolis Moscow since 2014 and occupies almost 10 thousand square meters. Repair and modernization of equipment are being carried out here, and training of specialists has been organized. This year, the company began production of new three-phase uninterruptible power supply systems. They protect production equipment and data centers from damage as a result of power outages and voltage surges,» Vladislav Ovchinsky said. The new three-phase uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) are easy to set up and maintain, and provide stable operation for medium and large commercial buildings, data centers and industrial facilities. «Thanks to the optimal combination of technical characteristics, reliable design and compact dimensions, the UPS series will ensure the continuity of business processes both in production and in the data center. The equipment is easy to set up, operate and maintain. Its efficiency reaches 96%, which helps to reduce operating costs,» said Roman Shmakov, First Deputy General Director of System Electric for the IT Solutions market and service. System Electric is the only authorized service partner of the manufacturer of equipment for energy subcomplexes, industrial enterprises, various construction projects and Schneider Electric data centers in Russia and Belarus. Thus, the center in the SEZ Technopolis Moscow continues to provide support for the installed equipment of the global brand. Currently, the installed equipment fleet exceeds 300 thousand units, which makes the service center one of the largest in the industry. About 250 employees of the company work in the special economic zone, a third of them are engineers.
