SEZ Technopolis Moscow has developed a compact X-ray machine
A small-sized X-ray machine for examining people and animals outside medical institutions was developed by a resident of the SEZ Technopolis Moscow company Diagnostics-M. The device is carried in a transport case and assembled at the diagnostic site in three minutes. This was announced by the Head of the Department of investment and industrial policy of the city of Moscow Vladislav Ovchinsky. The portable X-ray machine is designed for operational diagnostics in non-stationary conditions and is placed in a compact case. "The Diagnostics-M Company has been a resident of the SEZ Moscow since 2019. During this time, the company has invested more than 220 million rubles in the development of production and created over 150 jobs. The new development of the company can be used in feldsher-obstetric stations, shift camps and expeditions, to provide assistance in case of traffic accidents, as well as during doctor's home visits to elderly and disabled patients," said Vladislav Ovchinsky. The small-sized MIRAN X-ray diagnostic apparatus is powered by its own batteries, has chargers for the AC mains and a car voltage converter. For the first time, a tablet computer as part of the device provides all the functions of an automated workplace of a laboratory assistant, including filling out a patient card, processing an image, and transmitting research data. “The device can operate at sub-zero temperatures, so it is convenient to use it in the Russian climate. The device can also be used for X-ray diagnostics of animals. The enterprise can produce 20 such devices per month,” said Gennady Degtev, CEO of the SEZ Technopolis Moscow. Over the three decades of its history, the company has launched the production of over 100 items of high-tech products of its own design. The devices consist entirely of domestic materials and components. Many of the developments have no analogues in the world. “The device has already been patented, a prototype has been created. MIRAN is planned to be produced in two modifications - for work on a tripod or without it. This device, which helps to quickly perform X-ray diagnostics in the field and thereby save people's lives, is highly anticipated by specialists. We plan to conduct all tests, register with Roszdravnadzor and put it into production in February 2023,” explained Vladimir Usachev, CEO of Diagnostics-M. ________________________________________ Press service of the SEZ "Technopolis Moscow" Phone: +7 916 516-15-46 Mail: pr@technomoscow.ru [ mailto:pr@technomoscow.ru ] Subscribe to the SEZ "Technopolis Moscow" in social networks, follow the main news of the SEZ in telegram-channel [ https://t.me/technopolismoscow ] and receive all the most important news delivered to your mail in our weekly newsletter [ http://events.technomoscow.ru/subscribe/?utm_source=site_technomoscow ] .
