SEZ Technopolis Moscow develops the infrastructure of the Alabushevo site in Zelenograd

Alabushevo site is a strategic facility of the special economic zone Technopolis Moscow. The main task is to turn the site into a center for the development of high technologies, to minimize the construction time and to provide the territory with a full-fledged infrastructure and public amenities. This was what Gennady Degtev, CEO of SEZ Technopolis Moscow was speaking about at the meeting with Alabushevo residents. Gennady Degtev shared some plans: “By the end of September the number of working places are going to double. According to the residents’ request there will be new dining places, free scooter rentals for residents, as well as shuttle within Alabushevo and transfer from Kryukovo railway station”. One of the tasks is to stop the personnel outflow from Zelenograd which now amounts to 30 per cent from total working population. “In order to complete this task training programs of master-level industrial jobs for schools might soon appear in Alabushevo site and job fairs will be more regular”, said Gennady Degtev. Quickly and efficiently the territory of the special economic zone in Zelenograd must be completed with residents and qualified workers provided with comfortable and favorable conditions for their business development. Alabushevo has a “greenfield” layout and demands the revision of lease terms and the utility of facilities. “In spring a new site design for Alabushevo will be approved. We plan to remove the restrictions from the residents’ land plots allowing to change the maximum facilities height. New navigation system in Alabushevo and its own design code of the whole territory are also on the agenda. By the end of summer we’ll have a concept paper for these changes”, Mr. Degtev underlined. The project “Alabushevo” is one of the sites of the special economic zone Technopolis Moscow. Among the plans are industrial facilities with an area of almost 300 thousand sq.meters and more than five thousand new working places. The territory is 142.7 ha large.
