The company's production site for the production of veterinary drugs, located in the special economic zone (SEZ) Technopolis Moscow, has been certified according to the GMP standard of the Republic of Turkey. The international certificate confirms the product's quality guarantee and its compliance with the world requirements. The document provides the company with new opportunities for export potential development and trade relations with the representatives of friendly countries. This was reported by Vladislav Ovchinsky, the head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy, which is part of the complex of economic policy and property and land relations of the capital. "In 2022, the company Vetbiohim has completed construction of a new plant on the territory of the SEZ "Technopolis Moscow", having invested 1,6 billion rubles in the creation of production. This ensured the creation of more than 100 new jobs. Today the enterprise supplies the Russian market with 36 vaccines for agricultural and domestic animals, four serum and immunoglobulin preparations, as well as 56 types of test systems for disease diagnosis. In 2022 alone, the manufacturer registered and established production of four new vaccines, and three more are being prepared for registration. To gain a competitive advantage in the foreign market, the company was certified according to GMP standards of Turkey. The company plans to export up to 10 million doses of vaccine preparations a year," said Vladislav Ovchinsky. GMP standard is one of the most reliable quality assurance systems for pharmaceuticals in the world. It defines strict requirements for all stages and conditions of manufacturing pharmaceutical products. Attestation to this standard guarantees that the risks in production are minimized. GMP certificate issued by the Republic of Turkey allows the Russian exporter to supply its pharmaceutical products not only to the Turkish but also to the international market. "Representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry of the Republic of Turkey came to SEZ Technopolis Moscow to certify the company's production and carried out an audit of the enterprise. As a result GMP certificate was obtained. Experts noted the modern high-tech equipment of the SEZ enterprise, the qualification of the employees, compliance with the technologies and processes of pharmaceutical production, compliance with international GMP requirements. The company is a part of the pharmaceutical cluster of the special economic zone of the capital, which in 2022 became one of the leaders in terms of revenues," CEO of Technopolis Moscow Gennady Degtev said. The company sets as its strategic goal the quality, safety and efficiency of the produced drugs, improvement of the production technology and professionalism of the staff.
