More than 250 Moscow industrial enterprises take part in the International Military-Technical Forum Army-2023. Most of the capital's products are presented as part of the joint expositions of the relevant ministries and flagships of the domestic defense industry: State Corporation Roscosmos, State Corporation Rostec, JSC "Concern VKO Almaz-Antey and others. This was reported by Vladislav Ovchinsky, head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy, which is part of the Complex of Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations of the capital. The International Military-Technical Forum Army is one of the world's leading exhibitions of weapons, military and special equipment. It is held annually in August at the main exhibition site of the Russian Ministry of Defense in the Patriot Exhibition and Convention Center. "The forum presents a wide range of civil, military and dual-purpose products from the capital's manufacturers. For example, the enterprise-developer of control systems for the rocket and space industry NPKAP JSC demonstrated the latest multifunctional complexes with UAVs of two types: multirotor and flying wing. Both products provide photo and video reconnaissance in day and night modes at distances up to 10 and 60 kilometers, respectively," - said Vladislav Ovchinsky. Metropolitan manufacturers of high-tech medical devices also presented their novelties during the Forum. Thus, biomedical holding Evers Group Rus showed individual dressing packs and antimicrobial hemostatic agent Biogem, used to stop external bleeding of different intensity. And the innovative-technological company Endoprint presented a cuff for replacing fragments of large limb bones, antidislocation implant of temporomandibular joint and a set for partial endoprosthesis of shoulder joint, made of medical titanium powder taking into account individual anatomical features of the patient. In addition, ten companies - residents of the special economic zone (SEZ) Technopolis Moscow are exhibiting their developments. Thus, the visitors of the Forum are shown the device and the principle of operation of a universal modular radar, scanning microscope, anesthesia-breathing apparatus and ventilator, portable scanner and other products. "The novelties presented by SEZ residents are designed for use in a wide range of areas - from field medicine and stationary medical equipment to optical and laser devices. The products of our companies are characterized by ergonomic design, ease of use and high efficiency of work," said Gennady Degtev, General Director of SEZ Technopolis Moscow. In 2022, representatives of 85 foreign countries took part in the Forum; 1.5 thousand domestic and foreign enterprises demonstrated more than 28.5 thousand samples of military and dual-purpose products, and the number of visitors amounted to about two million people. Moscow is a city with developed production. There are almost four thousand industrial sites in the capital, where more than 720 thousand people are employed. At the same time, 40 to 50 medium and large enterprises and about 100 small ones are opened annually. The most diverse goods are made here: clothes, footwear, cosmetics, furniture, decorative items, medicines, medical equipment, complex machinery and much more.
