In addition three high-tech manufacturing have started work on the territory of the special economic zone (SEZ) Technopolis Moscow. The opening ceremony was attended by the Mayor of Moscow Sergey Sobyanin and Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation - Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Denis Manturov. The new enterprises will specialize in the production of electric trucks EVM PRO based on the Russian chassis UAZ (LLC Electromobiles Manufacturing Rus); lasers and laser equipment (LLC LASSARD); devices using high-tech solutions in the field of data transmission (LLC Biforkom Tech). Technopolis Moscow and Moscow industry in general are actively developing, despite the sanctions, and maybe partly thanks to them. On the whole, industry growth this year will be about eight percent. We can see from the example of Technopolis Moscow that about 10 more enterprises will be opened by the end of the year. Three high-tech enterprises are opening today. This is the first production of, in fact, electric trucks in the country, production of laser equipment and lasers and telecommunications equipment which is needed for cellular operators. And in general it is a very important production for the country's industry, - said Sergey Sobyanin. He also added that both SEZ Technopolis Moscow and the capital's industry found a sustainable dynamics of development through the efforts of business and the support of the Russian government. The first Russian electric trucks The area of the complex for the production of electric trucks is over 2,7 thousand square meters. It includes a metalworking shop (a room with machines with a floor load of up to five tons per square meter) and large-scale assembly, as well as an electrical engineering shop (production of electric motors, on-board electronics will be opened in the third quarter of 2023). The EVM PRO electric truck comes with a 40 kilowatt portable battery charger, which allows to fully charge the vehicle in two hours if necessary. The production process is provided mainly by domestic components and does not depend on foreign suppliers. 77 percent of the components are made in Russia, including steel and non-ferrous alloys, chassis, sensors, and plastic. The company's own development is the power plant - synchronous electric motor and power electronics, as well as onboard electronics and software. The capacity makes it possible to produce up to a thousand cars a year. According to Denis Manturov, the key point was the formation of own competencies. That is, ready-made technological solutions were purchased for the production of the first specimens. But every month the level of our own technological solutions will increase, Denis Manturov noted. He added that this applies to the electric motor, all on-board electronics and, in the long term, batteries. Both Moscow and other consumers who are interested in ecological transport will form a stable order. Investments in the implementation of the project amounted to almost 393 million rubles. 104 jobs were created. The average monthly salary is 142 thousand rubles. Now in Moscow and St. Petersburg there is a test-drive of the first Russian electric truck with Whoosh, EuroAuto, Maxidom and Petrovich. Other potential customers include Russian Post, Russian Railways, Gazpromneft, Leroy Merlin, Mosenergo, Ozon and Wildberries. Among the products are laser cutting machines, lasers and laser systems, optomechanical products and fiber optic cables. Investments in the project implementation amounted to 230 mln rubles. 140 working places were created. The average monthly salary is 130 thousand rubles. Moscow consumers buy about 40% of LASSARD's products. The rest is supplied to 40 regions of Russia - Saint-Petersburg, Voronezh, Ivanovo, Kaluga, Leningrad, Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod, Saratov, Sverdlovsk, Tambov, Chelyabinsk, and Yaroslavl Regions, the Udmurt and Chuvash Republics, the Stavropol Region, and is also exported to seven countries - Belarus, Greece, Kazakhstan, China, Cuba, Tajikistan, and South Korea. The major part (70 percent) of the main production equipment and components is produced in Russia, while 30 percent is imported from abroad. The product application areas include microelectronics, medicine, energy industry, automotive and aircraft construction, oil and gas industry, communication and telecommunication systems. The main customers include Concern Radioelectronic Technologies JSC, United Engine Corporation JSC, Almaz-Antey Concern, Tactical Missile Armament Corporation JSC, Dzerzhinsky Uralvagonzavod Research and Production Corporation JSC, and the Russian Ministry of Health. Production of devices with the use of technologies in the field of data transmission The area of the third production complex is 3.4 thousand square meters. Among the products manufactured by Biforkom Tek are switches for data centers, routers, automated workstations. The main activities of the enterprise include research and development, software development, design and manufacture of equipment, engineering and service. Investments in the implementation of the project amounted to 933 million rubles. 129 working places were created. The average monthly salary is 198 thousand rubles. Moscow consumers buy 70% of the company's products.
