Rudnevo completes production of absorbent underwear under offset contract

As part of the offset contract with the city, the company VIP Camilla begins to start production of absorbent linen in the industrial park Rudnevo - the sixth site of the special economic zone (SEZ) Technopolis Moscow. This was announced by Vladimir Yefimov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow on Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations. "Offset contract for the supply of absorbent linen for the needs of the city was signed earlier this year. Under the terms of the contract, the investor will invest at least 300 million rubles in the creation of production, and in return Moscow will buy products from the enterprise for 11.7 billion rubles within 10 years. A site in the Rudnevo industrial park has been allocated for the localization of the plant. The investor has reached the final stage of completing the production and is preparing to start commissioning. This enterprise will be the first one on the site Rudnevo, which received the status of a resident of the capital's special economic zone", - said Vladimir Efimov. Residents of the special economic zone in Moscow are entitled to significant benefits. Companies are exempt from property, transport and land taxes for 10 years. The rate of profit tax for them is only two percent. Residents can also rent land at a reduced rate. Delivery of diapers to the city's institutions under the offset contract should begin as early as 2023, and diapers - in the fourth quarter of 2024. The most modern equipment will be installed at the production facility to ensure the high quality of the products. "The company's production facilities of 5.5 thousand square meters fully occupy Building No. 7 in Rudnev. It has all the necessary infrastructure for the production of products. After commissioning works, the investor will launch production, where more than 70 new high-tech jobs will be created", - said the head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy of Moscow Vladislav Ovchinsky. According to the founder of VIP Camilla Uygar Uchar, in the first year it is planned to produce 70 million diapers and 34 million diapers. In subsequent years, the production volume will increase to 120 million and 75 million pieces, respectively. As General Director of SEZ Technopolis Moscow Gennady Degtev noted, a new industrial park Rudnevo became a part of the capital's special economic zone at the end of March 2023. On its territory, where 18 buildings have already been put into operation today, a federal center of unmanned aerial systems will be placed.
