Rudnevo Industrial Park and the adjoining territories have been included in the Technopolis Moscow SEZ. This will create the most favourable conditions for high-tech enterprises. There are special tax concessions for residents of the special economic zone, and the profit tax rate is only two percent, Sergei Sobyanin said in his Telegram channel. Construction of the Rudnevo industrial park in the east of Moscow near the Lukhmanovskaya metro station began at the end of 2020. In March 2023, the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia supported the Moscow Government's proposal to include Rudnevo and the territories adjacent to it in the special economic zone (SEZ) Technopolis Moscow. Residents of the Rudnevo industrial park will be subject to a free customs zone regime and land lease incentives. Benefits also include: - the possibility of leasing modern production facilities (brownfield); - the possibility of building facilities to meet the needs of a specific customer (Built-to-Suit);  - broadband internet access with a maximum speed of one gigabyte per second and connection to the data centre;  - one-stop-shop for interaction with government agencies, including Rosreestr, Rospotrebnadzor, Rostekhnadzor and the Federal Tax Service;   - good transport accessibility - proximity to the Moscow Ring Road, federal highways M-5 "Ural" (Novolazanskoye highway) and M-7 "Volga" (Gorkovskoye highway), Moscow High-Speed Diameter (MSD) and the M-12 Moscow - Nizhny Novgorod - Kazan highway under construction, Nekrasovka and Lukhmanovskaya metro stations, Zhukovsky and Domodedovo airports;   - well-developed street and road network - 5.5 km of roads are to be constructed, turning platforms with an end station for ground public transport are to be arranged;   - comfortable conditions for employees - public spaces (including conference rooms and meeting rooms), a canteen and cafeteria, and parking for cars. To date, 18 production buildings with a total area of almost 120,000 square metres have been erected in Rudnevo, including a pilot production and design bureau. During the construction of the industrial park's buildings, domestic construction materials (in some positions, import substitution has been 100% implemented) and the most advanced construction technologies were used - the building elements were first manufactured at the factory, then brought to the site and assembled like a construction set. This made it possible to reduce construction time by 35-50 per cent and the cost of works by 10-15 per cent. In March 2023, Aeromax LLC began experimental and serial production of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in Building No. 11. The area of the production complex is more than nine thousand square metres. It is equipped with modern equipment and includes the composite technology, welding, assembly and final painting areas.  In particular, the enterprise produces SH-450 and SH-750 unmanned aerial helicopter systems intended for cargo transportation and flights in difficult weather conditions - they have a high level of wind resistance and are equipped with an anti-icing system. The SH-450 has a take-off weight of 450 kg, payload of 100 kg, flying range of 500 km and flight time of up to six hours. Technical specifications of SH-750: take-off weight 750 kilograms, payload 300 kilograms, flying range 600 kilometres, time of flight five hours. Aeromax LLC plans to locate production facilities in three more buildings at Rudnevo (the total area will amount to about 28 thousand square metres) and increase UAV production volumes. Investments in the project implementation will amount to 5.4 billion rubles, more than two thousand jobs will be created. Technopolis Moscow has deployed a large production site in Rudnevo. In fact, it is a large cluster that will create thousands of jobs. Today, the first production facility is being launched - by Aeromax, a company producing drones. Three more production facilities for unmanned systems are in the launching phase. What we are seeing here at Aeromax is, of course, the future of our unmanned aviation, which will be in demand by the oil and gas industry, the agricultural sector and agriculture. This is the future of technological development of aviation in our country, said Sergey Sobyanin. The new production facility is part of a project to create a federal centre for unmanned aerial systems. The centre will bring together leading Russian developers and manufacturers of UAVs and digital geo-information platforms, which will help to narrow the gap with global industry leaders and reduce dependence on imports of critical technologies. In particular, Rudnevo will begin operations in the near future: - LLC Siberian Navigation Company - design and production of unmanned aerial vehicles;   - Moscow UAV Plant Ltd. - production and testing of unmanned aerial vehicles;   - PJSC Gazprom Neft - industrial drone technology centre, including for testing innovations and developing new solutions and software products. In addition to UAV manufacturers, Rudnevo will house about 10 other high-tech enterprises. Among them: - Charter LLC - manufacturing equipment for the extraction of renewable raw materials;   - Nukon Energy LLC - production of electrical capacitors; - Sensar LLC - production of medical scanners;  - VIP Camilla Ltd - production of absorbent underwear. There is also a huge complex being built nearby, Almaz-Antey, one of the most high-tech companies in our country. So a first-class production site will be created here, added Sergei Sobyanin. Sergey Akhmetshin, Sistema's managing partner, thanked the Mayor of Moscow and the Moscow City Government for their collaboration and emphasized that there were many challenges ahead which would need to be tackled together. First and foremost, this is about creating jobs and attracting high-tech specialists to the production sites. ________________________________________ Press service of the SEZ "Technopolis Moscow" Phone: +7 916 516-15-46 Mail: pr@technomoscow.ru [ mailto:pr@technomoscow.ru ] Subscribe to the SEZ "Technopolis Moscow" in social networks, follow the main news of the SEZ in telegram-channel [ https://t.me/technopolismoscow ]  and receive all the most important news delivered to your mail in our weekly newsletter [ http://events.technomoscow.ru/subscribe/?utm_source=site_technomoscow ] .
