This was announced by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations Vladimir Efimov. “The revenue of residents of the Moscow Special Economic Zone for the first three months of 2022 exceeded six billion rubles. In January-March 2021, it amounted to 5.6 billion rubles. Compared to the same period in 2020, when SEZ enterprises earned 4.4 billion rubles, the current figure increased by a third,” said Vladimir Efimov. Currently, 91 companies are residents of the SEZ Technopolis Moscow. Among them are 32 manufacturers of microelectronics, which became leaders in terms of revenue growth, its volume in the first quarter of 2022 amounted to 2.5 billion rubles. “The revenue of the medical equipment and biopharmaceutical cluster enterprises for the first three months of this year almost equaled the sales volume of microelectronics enterprises: it reached 2.4 billion rubles. Among the leaders were also manufacturers of information and communication technologies, which in total earned more than a billion rubles,” said Vladislav Ovchinsky, Head of the Moscow Investment and Industrial Policy Department.
