Residents of the SEZ Technopolis Moscow will be trained in lean manufacturing practices as part of the national project "Labor Productivity"

On May 13, heads of medium and large enterprises of the Technopolis Moscow Special Economic Zone will be able to take a free educational course "Fundamentals of Thrift" from Moscow Agency for Strategic Development [ https://stratagency.moscow/ ] . This was announced by the Minister of the Moscow Government, Head of the Department for Economic Policy and City Development Kirill Purtov. “In crisis situations, many managers optimize processes: resort to staff reductions, freeze production lines, stop looking for new buyers and fulfill obligations only under old contracts. The new educational course of the Moscow Agency for Strategic Development is designed to help capital enterprises form the right approaches to working in crisis situations. The course includes the basics of lean production, which is the fundamental direction of the national project "Labor Productivity". The principles of lean production allow not only to increase the output of enterprises without additional costs, but also to maintain jobs and stable wages for employees,” the minister added. Experts from the Moscow Agency for Strategic Development will talk about cost reduction, the most efficient use of available resources, the rational organization of the workspace, and much more. The Moscow Agency for Strategic Development (ANO Mostrategiya) [ https://stratagency.moscow/ ] , which is subordinate to the Department of Economic Policy and Development of the City of Moscow, is implementing the national project Labor Productivity in Moscow. In 2022, 109 enterprises will join the national project, and 561 will be supported in three years. Companies from a number of industries registered or operating in Moscow can become participants in the national project - manufacturing, agriculture, transport, construction and trade. At the same time, the enterprise's revenue for the previous year must be at least 400 million rubles, and the share of foreign participation in the authorized capital of the organization cannot exceed 50%.
