During their work, residents of the Pechatniki site of the SEZ Technopolis Moscow have created almost four thousand jobs. This was announced by Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations Vladimir Efimov. “Today, 48 enterprises with resident status operate at the Pechatniki site, which became part of the special economic zone of the capital in 2017. During their activity, they have created almost four thousand new jobs in the city. In just three quarters of 2022, such companies hired 553 people,” said Vladimir Efimov. He noted that more than 100 high-tech industries operate at the Pechatniki site, which have created over six thousand jobs. The most widely represented companies are those producing microelectronics and robotics, energy-saving equipment, tools and high-tech materials, as well as pharmaceutical enterprises. “Since the beginning of 2022, residents of the Moscow Special Economic Zone, who have placed their production facilities at the Pechatniki site, have produced products worth more than 17.8 billion rubles. For all the time they have provided customers with goods and services worth more than 49 billion rubles,” said Vladislav Ovchinsky, head of the Moscow Investment and Industrial Policy Department. The status of a resident of the Moscow Special Economic Zone provides companies with significant tax benefits. For example, they are exempt from paying property, transport and land taxes, as well as customs duties. The income tax rate for such enterprises is only two percent. There are also incentives for renting land allocated for the construction of an enterprise, and upon its completion, it is possible to buy a plot for one percent of the cadastral value. “From January to September 2022, residents working at the Pechatniki site invested 2.5 billion rubles in the development of their production facilities. In total, over the five years of the existence of this site, innovative companies have invested almost 20 billion rubles in the launch of enterprises,” said Gennady Degtev, CEO of the SEZ Technopolis Moscow. Earlier, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin instructed to repair the former building of the Renault plant, which will become a new production site for the SEZ Technopolis Moscow in Pechatniki. The city government allocated 260 million rubles for priority work. ________________________________________ Press service of the SEZ "Technopolis Moscow" Phone: +7 916 516-15-46 Mail: pr@technomoscow.ru [ mailto:pr@technomoscow.ru ] Subscribe to the SEZ "Technopolis Moscow" in social networks, follow the main news of the SEZ in telegram-channel [ https://t.me/technopolismoscow ] and receive all the most important news delivered to your mail in our weekly newsletter [ http://events.technomoscow.ru/subscribe/?utm_source=site_technomoscow ] .
