Residents of the industry of microelectronics, robotics and industrial automation SEZ Technopolis Moscow will discuss the problems of increasing the production of domestic microelectronics at the next meeting of the Technoclub. This was announced by Gennady Dyogtev, the general director of SEZ Technopolis Moscow. «There are 31 enterprises of microelectronic industry operating on five platforms of the Moscow SEZ. Among them there are the flagships in the development and production of radio electronics, semiconductors, information and computing systems. The amount of their investment in the first half of 2022 was about 11 billion rubles. This is almost 15 times more than the result of the same period last year, when the figure exceeded 700 million rubles. Moscow Special Economic Zone provides high-tech production facilities», – said Gennady Dyogtev. Now, when the domestic industry faces an important task – to ensure technological sovereignty, microelectronics companies are faced with a shortage of production capacity. «Mikron and the entire industry are facing the task of significantly increasing production volumes. Now it is necessary to develop our own production of equipment, materials and components, to strengthen the existing capacities, to attract all resources and minds to strengthen the technological circuit as soon as possible», – considers Maxim Ashanin, expert of Technoclub, Head of Mikron JSC technology development department. There is a need for a serious restructuring of many cooperative ties and infrastructure to provide the market with the required electronics, says another expert of the Technoclub of the capital SEZ, Deputy General Director for Science of NIITM JSC Vadim Odinokov. «The problems are not in the development of Russian equipment for electronic engineering. Much of what used to be bought abroad can and should be developed here. But so far, there are not enough experienced companies to produce precision engineering equipment. We need considerably more of them. Now we order small parts for new installations from enterprises all over Russia. And there are uncompetitive terms and prices for the production of large parts», – pointed out Vadim Odinokov. Who today is ready to create electronics factories from nothing? How is it possible to revive electronic engineering and bring the production to the global level? How much time and resources will it take? The answers to these and other questions will be searched for by scientists and practitioners participating in the TechnoClub on the platform of SEZ Technopolis Moscow. The representatives of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, microelectronics experts and market leaders are invited for discussion as well as the residents of Moscow SEZ. The discussion will also cover technology transfer to domestic equipment, race after nanometers, demand stimulation for microelectronic products, economics of «new» factories, support measures for the electronic industry and staff training for a breakthrough. Starts on October 18 at 10:00 a.m. at the site Pechatniki at 42 Volgogradsky Prospect. 5. ________________________________________ Press service of the SEZ "Technopolis Moscow" Phone: +7 916 516-15-46 Mail: pr@technomoscow.ru [ mailto:pr@technomoscow.ru ] Subscribe to the SEZ "Technopolis Moscow" in social networks, follow the main news of the SEZ in telegram-channel [ https://t.me/technopolismoscow ] and receive all the most important news delivered to your mail in our weekly newsletter [ http://events.technomoscow.ru/subscribe/?utm_source=site_technomoscow ] .
