Residents of SEZ «Technopolis Moscow» generates high-tech building materials which are used in the reconstruction and construction of key capital infrastructure. Also, they are used in other regions of Russia and the CIS. This information was announced by the head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy of Moscow, which is the part of the Complex of Property and Land Relations of the capital, Vladislav Ovchinsky, in a professional holiday “Building Day”. Industrial enterprises located in the territory of SEZ «Technopolis Moscow», pay special attention to the development of new solutions for the transition to domestic commodities and components in all sectors, including building industry. «Iconic objects are being created and reconstructed in the city. For example, the products of one of the residents of SEZ «Technopolis Moscow» were used to strengthen and restore such valuable objects as the Museum Complex of the Moscow Kremlin, the Government House of the Russian Federation, the Sambo Palace and Boxing Palace in Luzhniki and many others. The capital building materials are used in almost all region – from the Arctic to the Far East, as well as in the CIS», – Vladislav Ovchinsky said. The Nanotechnology Center of Composites (NCC) – one of the largest producers of carbon-based systems in Russia for the restoration and repair of reinforced concrete structures – composite railings and drainage trays, which are used on the most significant infrastructures of the country. More than 20 kilometers of such railings and trays were installed at CCAD. «Today the companies that have localized their production in the territory of the SEZ «Technopolis Moscow» are among the largest innovators, which form the technological community of the capital with a convenient infrastructure, saturated business life and emphasis on innovation. On average, our residents annually declare 15-20 new inventions and useful models in various industries», – told General Director of SEZ «Technopolis Moscow» Gennady Dyogtev. Last year the building and engineering company «AVRIAL», located in the Moscow SEZ, developed and patented a new technology of enclosing structures – tent structure «Flexible sandwich». One such structure, consisting of two layers of awning with insulation in the middle, can cover an area of up to 200 square meters. The material is designed for rapid construction of buildings in difficult natural conditions, for example, in the Arctic, where a thermometer can fall below 50 degrees. The new development is 30% cheaper than the metal sandwich panel, and easier to install. During 12 years of operation the company has built hundreds of unique objects in 25 regions of Russia, from the Arctic to the Far East.
