Resident of the SEZ Technopolis Moscow supplied devices for detecting explosives to Egypt

Portable detectors that allow detecting explosives in the form of vapors and particles were sent to Egypt by the resident of the special economic zone Technopolis Moscow - the company Diagnostics-M, these devices are already used in 30 countries of the world as informed by Alexander Prokhorov, Head of the Department for Investment and Industrial policy of Moscow. Such detectors are installed in Moscow and provide security at all metro stations in the capital, the Luzhniki and Spartak sports stadiums, as well as at the Sheremetyevo airport. “This is not the first interaction between the Moscow enterprise and Egypt. Last year, seven of these detectors were sent to the local Ministry of Defense, the successful application of the capital's products made it possible to increase the second supply almost eightfold - now another 58 units of products went to the Engineering Department of the Egyptian Ministry of Defense. It is worth noting that detectors manufactured by a resident of a special economic zone are very popular: now they operate in 30 countries of the world, including the Maldives, Mexico, Czech Republic, UAE, Saudi Arabia, China, Italy and Great Britain”, said Alexander Prokhorov. The detectors can be connected to a computer, smartphone or tablet, making it possible to remotely control and check them. “In Russia, about five enterprises are engaged in the production of such products, while in the world there are no more than 30. The company estimates that their own technologies for the development and production of devices enable them to occupy about 35% of the total detector market in the country.
