Resident of the SEZ Technopolis Moscow invites students for an internship at a new pharmaceutical production

The Russian biotechnology company Biocad invites students from metropolitan colleges and universities to its new pharmaceutical complex. Interns can take part in the production of medicines and in the maintenance of equipment, work in the IT department. This was announced in his social networks by Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin. The modern pharmaceutical complex PK-137 is a resident of the special economic zone SEZ Technopolis Moscow and is located on the site Alabushevo. The company produces medicines for the capital's healthcare system under an offset contract. “Today, 22 residents of the special economic zone of the capital and over 1.7 thousand people work in the field of medical equipment and biopharmaceuticals. The industry is actively developing, which contributes to the growth in demand for qualified personnel. To attract young employees, the company conducts paid internships with possible employment,” said Vladislav Ovchinsky, Head of the Moscow Department of Investment and Industrial Policy, which is part of the Complex of Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations of the Capital. Internships in high-tech industries provide students with valuable theoretical knowledge and practical skills. In the future, the company plans to expand capital cooperation with educational institutions. “Knowledge-intensive companies should strive to develop the younger generation and train their own staff from the school bench through active participation in career guidance, identifying and developing talents. This activity makes it possible to involve talented young specialists in scientific work,” said Alexandra Arendar, Deputy General Director for Human Resources at BIOCAD. During the selection for the summer season, the company collected a record number of applications for internships - over three thousand. As a result, 110 talented students joined various structural and territorial subdivisions of BIOCAD. According to internal statistics, one in four interns received a job offer as a result of their internship. “Cooperation of companies with educational institutions creates conditions for continuous training of employees and provision of new production facilities with personnel.
