The resident of the special economic zone (SEZ) Technopolis Moscow, the Mikron plant has launched the production of a universal product for the inventory of objects of the urban environment. Thanks to the development of the company, the digitization of small architectural forms has become much easier and more accessible to any municipal enterprise, including small management companies as informed by Alexander Prokhorov, Head of the Department for Investment and Industrial policy of Moscow. “The Mikron plant has released a ready-made RFID kit for the inventory of objects in the urban environment - playgrounds, sports equipment, fountains, gazebos and many others. Serving small architectural forms requires digital infrastructure, and RFID tagging is part of that infrastructure that helps keep a growing fleet of facilities in order. The solution from the resident of the SEZ Technopolis Moscow promotes digitalization in property management, allows you to effectively keep records, optimize costs and save time”, mentioned Alexander Prokhorov. The tags were created by Mikron last year for the 873rd anniversary of Moscow reminded Gennady Degtev, CEO of SEZ Technopolis Moscow. “Thanks to the boxed form equipped with a reading unit, RFID tags will become more widespread and will help to keep the city's facilities in order for the comfort of its residents. The Mikron plant is a flagship in digital technologies. Working in the Moscow SEZ, the company has the opportunity to save on tax and customs deductions and invest additional funds in innovation. As a result of the company's high competencies and the availability of comfortable business conditions, Mikron's arsenal includes 700 types of microelectronic products, which are used both in Russia and abroad”, pointed out Gennady Degtev. Commenting on the new solution Vasiliy Volosov, RFID Sales Manager in Mikron underlined: “The use of a ready-made box set does not require special knowledge and settings, all work is carried out according to the instructions making the inventory and accounting of small architectural forms an even more available tool. The Balchug tags included in the kit are designed and manufactured in Russia, operate in the ultra-high frequency band and are readable at a distance of up to 16 meters”. Micron's RFID products are also successfully used in the digitalization of enterprises, in infrastructure projects and in small businesses for inventory tasks, brand protection and pirate goods control, automation of technological processes, warehouse and trade logistics, control and management of access to various objects and storage units.
