Recently, the NCC, a resident of the Moscow SEZ, celebrated its tenth anniversary, said Alexander Prokhorov, Head of the Department for Investment and Industrial policy of Moscow. “To implement its numerous projects, NCC has produced tens of thousands of composite products. Since obtaining the status of a resident of the capital SEZ in 2017, the company has produced products worth more than 3 billion rubles, which is 85 percent of the production volume of the entire cluster of new materials of the SEZ. The NCC gathered a team of 180 high-class specialists at Pechatniki site,” said Alexander Prokhorov. Among the significant projects of the company are products for the construction of the largest transport infrastructure facilities. These are federal highways, bridges and overpasses, the Central Ring Road. Also projects to provide nuclear and hydropower facilities. In addition, the company supplies some factories with technological equipment for the production of unmanned aerial vehicles for civil purposes, and participated in the development and production of carbon fiber cases for flight simulators. For 10 years, NCC has gone from a small start-up to a large manufacturer of products made of polymer composite materials, having also become an active exporter of products, said Gennady Degtev, CEO of SEZ Technopolis Moscow. “NCC supplies composite solutions not only to Moscow and Russian regions, but also supplies products abroad. In total, it exported goods worth more than 280 million rubles. The export portfolio includes more than 20 countries of the world: from Western Europe and Asia to North and Latin America. The status of a resident of a special economic zone opens up access to preferences that allow the company to implement its projects more efficiently,” said Gennady Degtev. Composite solutions from NCC are used not only by Russian companies, such as Rosatom State Corporation, RusHydro PJSC, Avtodor State Corporation, Russian Railways OJSC, but also by the largest international holdings. In the construction market, NCC is known for its external reinforcement system (EAS), which is used to reinforce buildings and structures with composite materials. “For 10 years, we have not only opened 13 production workshops on an area of ??over 14,000 sq. m., but also raised our own generation of young professionals. It is this “human factor” that allows us to consistently confirm the reputation of the center, which is able to quickly solve the most complex tasks in composites,” said Alexei Rannev, General Director of NCC.
