The resident of the special economic zone «Technopolis Moscow», group of companies «Micron», mastered in serial manufacturing NFC-tags for use in the system of the quick payments (SPB). This was announced by the head of the Investment and Industrial Policy Department of Moscow, which is part of the Complex of Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations of the capital, Vladislav Ovchinsky. «48 ventures engaged in microelectronics in Moscow. These enterprises employ more than 10 thousand people. They work on innovate technological solutions, as well as create new unique products. So, resident of the special economic zone «Technopolis Moscow» has developed and mastered the production of NFC-labels, which can be used in systems of fast payments. It meets all modern safety standards, is resistant to mechanical damage and does not require a special reader»», – told Vladislav Ovchinsky. The NFC-chip allows you to pay for your purchases instantly. For cashless payment of a product or service, it is enough to consider a special label smartphone with NFC-module. «The tag represents the RFID-sticker, it can be easily attached to any kind of surface. It was developed by our laboratory for use in the Caspian zones – in retail networks, restaurants, cafes, petrol stations, mastered in serial production. Today we are ready for delivery», – told the project manager RFID and IT JSC «Micron» Starkov Anton. The new tag for contactless payments is based on the domestic microcontroller of the first level, and it is the only Russian microchip that meets international standards. The chip transmits data at a frequency of 13. 56 MHz, providing contactless transmission of information at a distance of up to 100 mm. This chipset is already used in radio frequency tags to mark a wide range of objects, including wood, metal, glass, plastic, paper. In general, the company «Micron» produces more than 700 types of models (chips a specific type) of products, including integrated circuits for protected data carriers, identification, payment and transport documents. The company’s serial product line contains more than 200 labels of various types and modifications: cards, tags, marking devices and products. RFID-products of company «Micron» are successfully used for inventory control, automation of technical processes, warehouse and trade logistics, as well as for control and management of access to various objects and storage units. «This year the group of companies «Micron» celebrated 55 years. Since 2015, it has been working as a resident of the special economic zone, which gives significant tax benefits.
