Resident of SEZ Technopolis Moscow has proposed innovative solution for industrial communication systems

A resident of  SEZ Technopolis Moscow, has developed a new model of a network switch to ensure reliable communication in transport, energy and other spheres. At the moment, the company has established the production of this equipment, said Vladislav Ovchinsky, the Head of the Department for Investment and Industrial policy, which is part of the Complex of Economic policy and Land-property affairs of the capital.   "A resident of  SEZ of Moscow has supplemented the line of its telecommunications products with a new version of industrial network switches. The company can annually produce about 20 thousand such devices for installation on the board of domestic ships, in passenger carriages and on other civil transport. Such switches will help prevent information loss, failures and accidents due to incorrect data transmission" - said Vladislav Ovchinsky. In addition to transport, the new equipment of Angstrem-Telecom can be used in machinery, power engineering, oil and gas industry and other industries. It is intended not only for the exchange of information without loss and retransmission of data, but also for the automation of substations and other devices that operate through industrial networks. "Angstrem-Telecom has been operating in the SEZ of Moscow since 2013, the company has invested almost 100 million rubles in the production of industrial equipment. Owing to the preferences that residents of the special economic zone receive, the modern infrastructure of the site and convenient logistics, the company was able to focus on the development of its telecommunications systems"- noted the CEO of SEZ Technopolis Moscow, Gennady Degtev. According to Alexander Treshchansky, the CEO of Angstrem-Telecom, the company has created its own software for its devices. This makes them less dependent on foreign developments. In addition to switches, the Angstrem-Telecom product line includes other products, such as an industrial computer and devices for network access.
