Products of the capital's manufacturer are used in the reconstruction of a socially important facility in Tatarstan

The resident of the Special Economic Zone (SEZ) Technopolis Moscow Nanotechnological Center of Composites has delivered the materials of the external reinforcement system (EAS) for the reconstruction of the building in the center of Kazan. The head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy of Moscow Vladislav Ovchinsky told about it. More than 130 industrial enterprises of the city offer a wide range of modern developments for the construction industry. They produce, including innovative materials that can reduce the use of heavy machinery, construction time, free people from working in hazardous areas, as well as save financial and other resources. For example, in 2022 the Moscow manufacturer has delivered to customers across the country more than eight kilometers of high-strength lamellas - special plates used to reinforce concrete structures, said Vladislav Ovchinsky. The head of the department also added that this year external reinforcement system materials produced by the company were used during the reconstruction of a socially significant object in Kazan - Institute of Spatial Planning of the Republic of Tatarstan. The application of CBA on the object allowed to carry out the construction works without the involvement of heavy equipment and welding works. Besides the reinforcement with composites helped to avoid high load on the repaired constructions. The system of external reinforcement allows to significantly increase the bearing capacity and reliability of buildings and constructions under construction with an increase in the time between repairs, and when repairing - to eliminate the consequences of destruction of building structures as a result of long-term impact of natural factors and aggressive environments or mechanical impact, design errors and consequences of using low-quality building materials, specified Evgeny Rafailov, head of the sales department of the company. In 2017, the company received the status of a resident of the special economic zone Technopolis Moscow, which allows to use significant benefits. The organization is exempt from paying property, transport and land taxes for 10 years. The rate of profit tax for it is only two per cent.
