The companies of the Technopolis Moscow Special Economic Zone presented their latest developments at ExpoElectronica. Among them: a processor module, innovative radio electronics, modems for digital data transmission, and others. This was announced by the General Director of the SEZ "Technopolis Moscow" Gennady Degtev. “Microelectronics is the largest area of ??activity among enterprises in the metropolitan special economic zone. The thematic cluster includes 32 companies with almost 5,000 employees. Enterprises are not only actively developing production, but also developing their own products to meet the demand for domestic microelectronics in Moscow and Russia. Confirming their readiness for import substitution, they presented new products at a major industry exhibition,” said Gennady Degtev. The 24th international exhibition ExpoElectronica was held at the Crocus-Expo IEC. This is the largest exhibition of electronic components, modules and accessories in Russia. More than 130 key Russian manufacturers of microelectronics, including such companies of the SEZ of Moscow as GK Mikron, SPC Elvis, GK Elektroninvest, BUTIS, Radiocomp, Angstrem, ZNTTS took part in the event this time. , "Laboratory of Microdevices", "Plant Proton" and others. A resident of the Elvis SPC presented a new embedded processor module (a device that is responsible for the synchronization and correct operation of systems inside the device, for example, a tablet or robotics) based on its own Skif processor. It allows replacing processor modules based on foreign chips in domestic products. The companies "Radiocomp" and "BUTIS" at the joint stand presented their innovative radio electronics, which is not inferior to foreign analogues. These are, for example, frequency and signal synthesizers, hybrid bridges and microstrip antennas, modems for transmitting digital data from Radiocomp. This product is actively used in aviation. In turn, BUTIS SAW filters are designed to increase the reliability and noise immunity of wireless and satellite communications equipment. The company "Laboratory of Microdevices" presented its own product innovations - inertial modules for measuring speed, orientation, navigation. They are used to organize the work of unmanned vehicles. A series of digital-to-analog converters, operational amplifiers, power modules, drivers and power switches for the space industry and civil applications was presented by the Angstrem resident. At the stand of a resident of the Electroninvest Group, one could get acquainted with a new development - secondary power supplies of the second generation, which are designed to replace foreign power modules.
