MOSCOW SEZ PLASMA INSTALLATIONS CONVERT WASTE INTO ENERGY

A company from the SEZ Technopolis Moscow produces plasma recycling plants that process tons of harmful waste into useful energy. This was announced by the Head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy, which is part of the Complex of Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations of the capital, Vladislav Ovchinsky. “One of the Moscow SEZ companies develops and manufactures high-tech plasma plants that process up to 25 tons of harmful waste and rock per day into useful energy, with the ability to increase productivity up to 500 tons per day or more as part of a modular plant. Due to the efficiency and mobility of installations from the metropolitan SEZ, they are attracted to eliminate environmental damage in the regions of Russia. It is planned to install new plants in some of them before the end of 2022,” said Vladislav Ovchinsky. Mobile and easy-to-use installations of PLAZARIUM company destroy any harmful waste with the help of steam plasma, eventually forming thermal and electrical energy. This energy can support the operation of the plant or recycling plant itself, be used for drying and heating the waste, and be used for sale or for the needs of the region. The company also creates installations for plasma gasification of MSW, pyrolysis of natural gas, production of gasoline and diesel fuel, industrial plasma systems, equipment for plasma thermal processing of materials. “A high-tech enterprise has been located on the site of SEZ Pechatniki of Moscow since 2013 and occupies almost 800 square meters. The company explores ecological, energy and technological applications of gas-discharge plasma. It produces custom-made plasma installations for the fuel and energy complex, industrial enterprises, and the aerospace industry.
