More than 6 thousand jobs will be created in Rudnevo

In the industrial park Rudnyovo, which has become the sixth site of a special economic zone (SEZ) Technopolis Moscow, it is planned to create more than six thousand new jobs. This was reported by Deputy Mayor of Moscow on Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations Vladimir Yefimov. The area of the industrial park Rudnevo is 120 thousand square meters, which makes it one of the largest industrial parks in Russia. Eighteen buildings have been put into operation, including an 11-storey design office building with a pilot production facility. By the end of 2024 we are planning to create over six thousand jobs on the site, most of them in the unmanned aerial vehicles production, explained Vladimir Yefimov. In addition, the sites will accommodate enterprises for the production of microelectronics, medical products, consumables and other demanded products, including those within the framework of import substitution. In March 2023 the company Aeromax started producing unmanned aerial systems of helicopter type for cargo transportation and flights in difficult weather conditions on the territory of "Rudnevo". In the future the company plans to place production in three more buildings and increase the output of unmanned aerial vehicles. Now the company is actively recruiting highly qualified specialists, - said the head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy of Moscow Vladislav Ovchinsky. Residents of the special economic zone of Moscow, which includes a site "Rudnevo", are given privileges in the form of zero rates of value added tax and customs duties on importation of foreign goods. The right to such a preference appears after the issuance of a permit by the Federal Customs Service for the application of the free customs zone procedure and the opening of a customs control zone on its premises. In 2022 four companies of the Moscow SEZ used this right. The customs control zone is necessary for the enterprises for duty-free import of equipment, special equipment, components and raw materials with the application of the free customs zone procedure.
