Transport, social and industrial infrastructure is being actively developed in Nekrasovka and Kosino-Ukhtomsky districts. The Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin visited the objects under construction and those already completed. Rudnevo Industrial Park is being built in the east of Moscow, near the Lukhmanovskaya metro station. The territory with the area of 14,7 hectares is included into the federal register of industrial parks of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia and should become the sixth industrial platform of the SEZ Technopolis Moscow. In view of this, the most favorable conditions will be created in Rudnevo to accommodate innovative high-tech enterprises. In particular, the residents will be exempted from property, transport and land taxes. The profit tax rate for them will be only two percent. There will be a regime of a free customs zone and land lease privileges. "Nekrasovka was built as a residential dormitory district in the worst traditions of the past - without jobs and without social and cultural facilities. Today we are trying to correct this situation. New kindergartens, schools, and social and cultural facilities are being built in addition to the construction of the subway and roads in Nekrasovka. For sure, it is very important to create workplaces. Therefore, part of the territory, which at one time was intended for residential construction, we transferred to industrial uses. And here, near Nekrasovka, one of the largest industrial clusters of Moscow is under construction," said Sergei Sobyanin. According to him, already this year 120 thousand square meters of real estate will be put in, where high-tech productions will be placed - from companies on drones creation to organizations on medical products production. There are plans to create more than three thousand workplaces on this site. "Further we will plan the next stages of development of this industrial park in order to create as many high-tech jobs as possible for Nekrasovka residents," said the Mayor of Moscow. Among the advantages of the industrial park for the residents of "Rudnevo": - opportunities to lease modern production facilities (brownfields); - the possibility of building facilities to meet the needs of a particular customer (Built-to-Suit); - broadband internet access with a maximum speed of one gigabyte per second and connection to the data center; - a one-stop-shop service for interaction with government agencies, including Russian State Register, Russian Federal State Agency for Health and Consumer Rights, Federal Service for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Oversight of Russia, Federal Tax Service; - good transport accessibility: proximity to MKAD, M5 "Ural" (Novolazanskoye highway), M7 "Volga" (Gorkovskoye highway), MSD under construction and M12 highway Moscow - Nizhny Novgorod - Kazan, metro stations "Nekrasovka" and "Lukhmanovskaya", Zhukovsky and Domodedovo airports - well-developed street and road network: 5.5 km of roads are to be built, turning platforms with a terminal station for ground public transport are to be arranged; - comfortable conditions for employees: public spaces (including conference rooms and meeting rooms), a canteen and cafeteria, and parking lots. Construction of the industrial park began in close of 2020. It is planned to build 16 production buildings with a total area of about 120 thousand square meters. During the construction the most modern technologies are used - the elements of the buildings are first produced in the factory, then brought to the site and assembled like a construction set. This allows to reduce the construction period by 35-50% and the cost of works - by 10-15%. "Rudnevo" is builded with the use of domestic construction materials (on a number of positions import substitution is performed by 100 percent). A number of high-tech companies have already expressed a desire to rent more than 80 percent of the industrial park. Among the future residents are manufacturers of implantable medical devices, reagents for medical laboratories, printed circuit boards, electrical capacitors, transformers, ATMs and others. Now the general construction readiness of Rudnevo buildings is about 90 percent. The works are being performed in two shifts, with up to 1700 people involved daily.
